The man whispered, “God, speak to me” and a meadowlark sang. But the man did not hear. So, the man yelled “God, speak to me!” And the thunder rolled across the sky. But the man did not listen. The man looked around and said, “God let me see you.” And a star shined brightly. But the man did not notice. And, the man shouted, “God show me a miracle!” And a life was born. But the man did not know. So, the man cried out in despair, “Touch me God and Let me know you are here!” Whereupon God reached down and touched the man. But the man brushed the butterfly away and walked on. Don’t miss out on a blessing because it isn’t packaged the way that you expect.

See the wonder today in the ordinary or in what you take for granted and thank God for it.

THAT’S RELATIONSHIP!

I shall not want …
THAT’S SUPPLY!

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures …

Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me …

Thou anointest my head with oil …
THAT’S CONSECRATION!

My cup runneth over …
THAT’S ABUNDANCE!

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life …
THAT’S BLESSING!

And I will dwell in the house of the Lord …
THAT’S SECURITY!

Forever …

POSITIVE DAILY PRAYER:

Psalm 51:10-13

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away from Thy presence, and do not take Thy Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of Thy salvation and sustain me with a willing spirit. Then I will teach transgressors Thy ways, and sinners will be converted to Thee.
