“Now to God who by the power at work within us is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, to God be the glory.”
Ephesians 3:20-21

Do you have an urgent or compelling need that demands your attention and resolution of it? If such a need diverts your attention, you remind yourself that God’s power is with you. God is able to transform any bad situation into a better situation.

How do you keep things from going from “worse” to “worst”? Look at your dictionary. There is one word between the words “worse” and “worst”. The word in between is “worship”. You must remember to go to God in prayer before you begin to worry and build an atmosphere of fear in you. Going to God first changes you and then it changes the situation that you are in.

As you focus your attention on God’s presence, you are aware that you have the resources to meet any need or fulfill any goal. No condition is too difficult for the power of God to resolve. Build your trust in God by going to God often. The more you prove God’s help to yourself the less fear you will have about any situation you ever face. God is more real than any situation. God is bigger than your problem. Whatever the need, whatever the goal, you turn within in prayer to the power of God. God’s power active in you fulfills your needs and manifests itself as the answers to your prayers. As you turn to the mighty power of God, order and harmony are established. God’s power active in you brings you health and wholeness. God’s power active in your mind restores your peace and joy. God’s power active in your life brings you ever expanding prosperity and good.

God’s power active in you comes through you towards all as pure love. Love always wins and love is the most powerful force on earth.

A simple and yet powerful preparation for facing any situation is for you to proclaim the power of God at work within you and in your life. Then you can start your day, your work, your travels and your activities prepared for successful outcomes.

If you are feeling scattered, confused and unorganized, going to God and taking on God’s power in prayer will give you great focus. If you feel temporarily overloaded with responsibilities for others, ask for God’s power, it will be mighty in your midst.
