Today, you exercise your resilient spirit as you grow and unfold, secure in God’s love.

Perhaps resilience of the human spirit is something you seldom think about because you take it for granted. However, you are reminded of the importance of this vital quality in the beauty and wonder of nature. Everywhere around you, you see signs of the resilient spirit of God working actively in all life.

The resilient spirit also causes us to rise and grow like a well rooted tree next to the flowing currents of change and challenge.

The resilient spirit unfolds in us like a golden shaft of wheat, growing in God’s love and maturing to its fullest potential.

The resilient spirit process is like a strong flexible tree, bending readily in the storms of adversity.

As it soars like a bird flying high above criticism and self-doubt on the wings of new experience, the resilient spirit declares faith in God’s ever-present help.

The resilient spirit always looks forward not backward. You look forward to the new revelations and realizations of this day. Joy wells up from within you as you realize there are beautiful songs to be sung, and new adventures ahead.

The resilient spirit is filled with the gladness for wonderful opportunities in life. The resilient spirit is inspired to new endeavors as you think about the Divine ideas that are available for use in your life and in the lives of your loved ones.

The resilient spirit is awake. Today you will wake into your true nature, your spiritual nature, so that you may better serve God and all those who travel with you on life’s pathway.

In our Bible, in Ephesians 5:14, it states, “Awake, O sleeper, and arise … and Christ shall give you light.”

So many people sleepwalk through life, having nightmares in the daytime by living in their fears. When this person knows that God is with them, every moment, they begin to build a wide-awake, resilient spirit. We can only receive the blessings of good when you are awake and fully ready and aware; otherwise we sleepwalk past open doors of opportunity.

Today, you have a resilient spirit. You are awake and alert spiritually, physically, emotionally, and mentally. You are fully aware of God’s presence, active in and through you. God is all around you bringing good into your life. You are not beaten down, but rather, spiritually built up and made stronger through your past adversity. You are resilient with the resilient spirit of God!

C ontinue in thanksgiving
D o not begin to blame
E ven when the times are hard
F ierce winds are bound to blow
G od is forever able
H old on to what you know
I magine life without God’s love
J oy would cease to be
K eep thanking God for all the things
L ove imparts to thee
M ove out of “Camp Complaining”
N o weapon that is known
O n earth can yield the power
P raise can do alone
Q uit looking at the future
R edeem the time at hand
S tart every day with worship
T o “thank” is a command
U ntil we see God in our ways
V ictorious in the actions and reactions
W e’ll run the race with gratitude
X alting God most high
Y es, there’ll be good times
Z eal for the God given gift of life lives in me.

“I AM too blessed to be stressed!” The shortest distance between a problem and a solution is the distance between your prayer times. The one who kneels to the Lord – can stand up to anything.

Dear God, I ask of You a more perfect faith.
I ask that I may develop a sincere assurance.
