Prayer Request: Please pray for a financial miracle for me and my family, along with divine guidance and wisdom. Thank you.
“Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and established thou the works of our hands upon us”
Psalms 90:17
You empty your mind of thoughts of fear, and fill your mind with thoughts of peace, praise, and expectation of God’s good. You know that you are God’s beloved child, heir to all God’s good. God’s Divine love uplifts, renews, and prospers you.
In the Bible God says to you, “I will pour down upon you a blessing so great that you will not have room to hold it.” Many times, the reason we don’t have room to hold it IS we are so filled with ourselves.
Usually when you hear the term “filled with oneself” you think about the ego. Some of us are not filled so much with ego as we are filled with fear, worry, and anxiety.
We must empty ourselves and be filled with faith. The Bible shares a story about cleaning a glass cup. It says in part, that for the glass cup to be clean, it must be cleaned on the inside first, not just on the outside. Of course, as with every Bible story, it is a teaching on how we live our lives – it is not talking about a glass cup – it is talking about us.
You empty yourself of negativity of any kind and you fill yourself with the Divine ideas that are strong, capable, and ready to help you.
You empty yourself of defeatism and you feel yourself with thoughts that are ready to work, ready to try, and ready to succeed.
You empty yourself of cynicism, and you fill yourself up with trust in God.
You ask God to equip you and give you the needed abilities and understanding.
You ask God to guide you to your right place, and to provide the right channels for your highest good.
You will receive – because you have the room to receive it.
The more you empty yourself, the more you will be filled with faith in the prospering love of God. You will be filled with strength and encourage to do all that needs to be done by you.
You empty yourself of unhappiness, and you give thanks for God’s infinite love, and it inspires you to be fully filled with happiness and creativity. You give thanks and God’s perfect love fills your mind with rich ideas that become manifest in your life as abundance of every good thing.
You live a blessed life because you choose to be emptied and re-filled with God’s blessings.

“The Lord is my strength and my shield; in God my heart trusts.”
Psalms 28:7
This moment we join in prayer, we join together in united faith – to pray and to believe the highest about God and the miracle workings of God into manifestation.
This is a special appointed time in which we unite in love and faith to pray for ourselves and others. We give thanks for this wonderful opportunity of faith in this household of prayer, knowing that those we hold in mind and heart are one with the power of God – that glorious power that does the healing, loving, fulfilling work within each of us.
The power of Jesus Christ quickens you. He says, “I am one with you always”.
We hold these words of Jesus close to our hearts throughout this prayer, and as we unite in prayer now, we give thanks for God’s presence and for the Divine power God demonstrates in our lives.
We are one with a great power – the power of God–that is constant and enduring. As we pray together, we look to this all-encompassing power, knowing that God is the mainstay of our lives.
I ask you now to prepare for this time of prayer with a period in the silence of prayer …
We know that the power of God is with us now. We are blessed by peace and security, strength and wisdom. Our minds are eased, and our bodies are relaxed now. In this awareness of peace-giving power we affirm aloud in positive prayer:
Through the power of Jesus Christ, I am blessed with peace.
(Silence)
God’s power that blesses you with peace in every cell of your body temple. In every muscle and bone in your physical body you have the peace of Christ now. The Christ peace is something that infills you and flows through you. Your mind is one with the peace of Christ and you relax into the presence of God with you and surrounding you.
You do not worry or be afraid about anything. You only have a consenting power that consents to God’s perfect guidance and help. To every cell we say, “Peace, be still.” To every organ we say, “Peace be still.” To every nerve and nerve-ending we say, “Peace, be still.” The calm peace of God flows in and through you now, relaxing you at the core of your being.
(Silence)
There is, with you, an unlimited source of power as a gift of God that inspires and guides you, that reveals right answers to you and leads you on the path to greater good. As you let go of any feeling of worry, stress, or strain and still your thoughts, you know that as you relax you are becoming an open channel of Divine wisdom.
Inspiring ideas come to you in the stillness. You feel the power of Divine wisdom gently guiding you and enabling you to make a wise choice in every matter. Your life is productive. Your life is fulfilled. Trusting in this inspiring power, we claim aloud in prayer:
Through the power of Jesus Christ, I am blessed with wisdom.
We accept this now, in the silence of prayer …
Jesus said, “Your faith has made you well.” You are well and whole. You are one with God’s Divine healing power. This power now radiates throughout your cells, tissues, and organs with a strength that is greater than any condition.
As you let go of your fear and any anxiety held within your body temple, you surrender to God’s healing power. God’s healing power is moving in you now, renewing, and revitalizing your body temple.
You are an outlet of God’s healing power. You are infused with wholeness, and are generating strength and vitality. Your mind and body are rejuvenated and revitalized. God’s healing power, through your consent, is now moving in and through you. Healing is coming forth now. You surrender to it.
Affirm out loud in prayer:
Through the power of Jesus Christ, I am blessed with healing.
You accept this now, in the silence of prayer …
Jesus said, “Ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” We are reminded now of the unlimited inheritance we have as spiritual beings. We give thanks for this inheritance and for the blessings of peace, power, and freedom that fill our lives.
With a faith that is strong, we once more release our concerns to the greatest power – the power of God. With thoughts focused on open doors to opportunity and good, we affirm out loud in prayer:
Through the power of Jesus Christ, I am blessed with abundance …
You accept this now, in the silence of prayer …
The light of God surrounds me;
The love of God enfolds me;
The power of God protects me;
The presence of God watches over me.
Wherever I am, God is!
Thank You, dear God … Amen.

_____________________________________
Reinhold Niebuhr wrote a prayer in 1943 that has become famous. I’m sure you will recognize it.
“God, give us grace to accept, with serenity, the things that cannot be changed, the courage to change the things that should be changed, and the wisdom to distinguish the one from the other.”
This prayer sums up a great philosophy of life. The key to it, of course, is the last part – to have the wisdom to distinguish between the first two parts – to know what in life to try to change, and what to try to simply accept because it cannot be changed.
Which of us has the wisdom to know these things? It seems that if we have the wisdom, if we accomplish this through life experience, contemplation, prayer, meditation, or any of the many means by which wisdom is gained in life, we can earn that quality called serenity, happiness, or inner peace.
Behind all the changes we try to make in life, behind all the desires to change, behind all the wishes we have to bring new things into our lives (and even the wishes to leave old things out of our lives) lies the simple desire to feel serene – to feel inner peace. We may think it is flashy new car, or a new job, or a new home, or a new relationship. But the root of all those desires is simply to feel inner peace.
There is another serenity prayer – an older one. We find it in Matthew. You will recognize these words. But even though they are familiar (or especially, because they are familiar), hear them as I speak to them. Take them deeply inside yourself. Feel the rich meaning of these words of Jesus as He says [in Matthew 6:31-33]:
“Therefore, I tell you, do not be anxious about your life – what you shall eat or what you shall drink, nor about your body – what you shall put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air. They neither sow, nor reap, nor gather into barns. And yet, your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you, by being anxious, can add one cubit to his (or her) span of life? And why are you anxious about clothing?
“Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They neither toil nor spin. Yet, I tell you, even Solomon and all of his glory was not arrayed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O men of little faith? Therefore, be not anxious saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ But seek first God’s kingdom and God’s righteousness, and all these things shall be yours as well.”
These are truly magnificent words. It is the last part that we have heard so many times, that is the true significance of this spiritual quest that you and I are on today, our pursuit of happiness, and our desire to be serene and have inner peace. Seek first God, then all else will be added unto us.
I know, you have heard it and done it before. I believe every one of us has. Yet, in order to be serene and know happiness, you and I must pursue this every day – put God first in our lives.
However, often we do not feel the confidence it takes to actually believe that we can put God first, with all the challenges in our lives.
Maybe that is why many people are so afraid. There is an enormous capacity to feel humble at moments like this.
As we contemplate our need to put God first so that God may speak through us, and act through us, and give us something worthwhile to do, we realize, anew, this loving connection that is ours.
One woman said, “Sometimes I don’t love myself as much as I truly deserve. Because of this fact about myself, I tend to lean on wanting other people to approve of me. I long for other people to give me credit when I do work. Basically, I want and need those things because I don’t really give myself enough credit.”
Does that sound familiar?
She continued, “That’s what I noticed about myself. I just don’t care about myself. I don’t love (****Mary****) that much. I thought this would be worthy of contemplation and prayer, so I went out for a walk up in the woods. I sat down at this beautiful spot. It was so beautiful. I mentally put myself in a seat across from where I was sitting.
I said (as if talking to someone else), “So, tell me, why don’t you like me?”
The answer came back like a shot: “Because I can’t trust you.”
I asked, “Why not?” The answer came, “Because you don’t do what you say you are going to do.”
I said, “Sure I do.”
The reply was, “Sure you do … for other people. For other people, you’re very dependable.”
She said, “I am. If I make a promise to someone else, I will almost certainly, keep it. I am a woman of my word to everyone but one person – me.
“I have a bad habit of taking my promises TO MYSELF, very lightly. If I say I’m going to exercise tonight when I get home from work, and when I get home and I don’t really feel like it, I won’t. I tell myself I deserve a break because I’ve been working all day. If I say I’m going to get up tomorrow morning at 5 o’ clock and meditate for an hour because I know this would be healthy for me, and when the alarm goes off and I feel sleepy, guess what I am capable of doing? Sleeping. I always thought this was a way of taking care of myself. I would tell myself, ‘I need the sleep. I need the rest.’ I told myself, in no uncertain terms, that I need to keep my promises to myself, because keeping my promises to myself was an important element to liking and loving myself.”
You are important enough – to keep your promises to yourself.
What promises would you like to make to yourself right now? Promises that you will keep.
If we DON’T do that, then we tend to need the world to support us; we need our spouses, our bosses, our co-workers to recognize us, praise us and give us credit for what we have done.
One thing about people in the world we live in – they do not always give us the support that we need or feel we deserve. It does not happen all the time. Maybe that is because we are the ones who are supposed to give that support, and love to ourselves. Keeping our own promises is a key way for us to find our own inner peace and our own serenity.
If you ever feel a sense of anxiety, what can you do about this? Contemplate about it, and the answer comes: “Really be there.” What does that mean? The answer is: “To really be there, in the moment.”
When you feel anxious, you need to breathe deeply into your anxiety, and really feel the anxiety in that moment – pray.
What you often do with your anxiety is push it away from myself. By pushing it away, it grows larger.
Sometimes, when it is a rainy day and it ruins your plans or makes you feel down – stay in the moment. Notice the variety of raindrops that fall. There is an incredible variety in the fall of raindrops. Contemplate the mocking bird. Poor thing: it has no songs of its own. It has no musical taste. It will follow the song of a robin with the song of a common sparrow. It sings and sings and sings, and yet it seems so joyful. Why? Because it makes others’ songs its own. It has real joy when it gives itself, completely, to its own singing.
We have often heard that another way to serenity, to feeling a sense of inner worth and peace, is to be grateful for what we already have. The glass is either half empty or half full; it is our call. What do we say it is? Is it half empty or is it half full?
By showing gratitude toward the things, we already have in our lives, we are actually invoking the very presence of God. Invoking the presence of God is surely the best way we have of reminding ourselves of what is really important. Some of us are prisoners of our desires – things we want, or the things we feel we have to have. How do we deal with our attachments to things? One suggestion might be to feel the pain of not having what you do not have. Feel the pain. Recognize the price that you are paying right now for not being content.
If you feel that pain enough, you will cease desiring. Am I saying that desiring is wrong? No. I’m simply saying that if you are feeling pain already, if you allow yourself to stay in the moment, the pain itself will lead to freedom.
Another suggestion might be to imagine having what you want or need. Imagine getting the object of your desire. Imagine having it. Then realize that the pleasure is short-lived. How long do you ever stay happy when you get what you want? A few hours? A few days at most? Even a brand-new car stops bringing pleasure after a few weeks. It just becomes the thing you ride in to get to where you are going. Is it worth it? That is something to contemplate in prayer.
We, also, can offer our attachment to things directly to God. Continue to offer to God whatever it is we desire, over and over and over again until we start believing that it is God’s, not ours. It is God’s, not ours. The pain will then cease and desist.
We, also, can take care of our bodies. Many of the ills or discontent we experience in our lives is often due to discomfort in the body. If we pay attention to the things that really serve us – the foods we really need to eat in the appropriate quantities, the exercise our bodies desire – the problems may evaporate. A lot of problems evaporate by simply taking a long walk, or working out in the gym, or practicing the presence of God. A lot of problems simply dissolve when the body’s needs are taken care of. Pay attention to and take care of the body.
Lastly, there is a kind of discontent that comes over us that is actually healthy, despite everything I have been saying – A Divine discontent.
Are you not paying attention to something? Is there some unfinished business in your life? Are you not taking care of your family? Do you have a commitment that you are ignoring. Do you have a calling from your soul that you are putting on the shelf? If you are doing any of these things, a kind of Divine discontent arises in the soul, and calls to us to fulfill it. It will not be content until we make the necessary efforts to fulfill them. This is a gift God gives us. We must do what is necessary to fulfill those things.
Make a list of your goals and prioritize them. Look specifically at your goals and decide what is most important and what you can do right now
If you want to be nicer to people, make one of your goals as follows: When I see (***Adam***) tomorrow morning, I will greet him warmly. Let that be your goal. You can say “Hello” to (Adam) in a pleasant way, tomorrow morning, and the fulfillment of that goal will bring a degree of satisfaction into your life.
It is spiritually important to take care of those goals (to take care of our bodies), just as it is spiritually important to pray and to meditate. All of these things bring their own contentment. It would be great if it only took a blue sky and some white clouds to bring serenity – not that it cannot, but more often, it takes our own commitment to know what we really need – our minds, our bodies, our families, etc. – and to fulfill those needs before contentment can come. But it will come.
Most of all, it takes our awareness that God lies behind it all.
If we seek first to know God, to put the presence of God into every activity, then serenity is ours. Or, in the words of Matthew, “Serenity will be added unto thee.”
I pray that serenity lives as part of you.
God bless you!
PRAYER / MEDITATION____________________
Let us pray …
If you do not have your eyes closed, you may close them now. Take a slow, deep breath. Feel yourself relax deeply into your chair. Now is the time to feel the depth of our inner peace and to feel the very presence of God, with us and all around us.
Rest in the silence of prayer …
You may picture a calm scene; whatever fills you with serenity. I see a crystal blue sky. The blue is so pure, it is perfect. I see puffy, white clouds floating in that blue sky. This scene reminds me of peace. See it now in your mind’s eye. It stills my thoughts. It lifts my heart. I feel I am one with all of creation, and with God.
Rest in the silence of prayer …
We are at peace. Truly, deeply, we are at peace. We are serene. Although there may be outer turbulence – winds of change – deep inside, we are still and there is silence, sweetness, and God’s peace.
Take another slow, deep breath, and let it go. Bring it in, again, deeply, and let it go. Even as you resume your normal breathing, stay with that sense of serenity that deep breathing brings. There is great Truth of God; there is our true identity, in the depth of that breath and that peace.
Let us sit now in the silence of prayer. Simply become aware of your breath as it flows in and flows out. If you will, imagine white clouds floating in an azure blue sky.
We will pray in this stillness for a few minutes …
For this serenity, we are grateful. Thank You God!
In the name of Jesus Christ … Amen.

“They who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles.”
Isaiah 40:31
There was an experience that I had about ten years back on one of my spiritual retreat cruises that I still laugh about. We overheard a woman talking to another woman while taking pictures with her husband’s expensive 35mm camera.
She said, “All the pictures are out of focus, I don’t know how to focus this thing, but my husband can fix the focus later.”
I know very little about photography, but I do know this, you have to fix the focus first; you can’t do it later. If the pictures are out of focus, they remain out of focus.
We have all known people that live life making quick erratic decisions hoping that God will rescue them later from the pit that they have dug themselves in.
In our own lives, we have to decide to fix the focus NOW. I spent many years of my youth only praying as a last resort. My focus was on everything else first. When disaster happened, I would go to God hoping that God somehow could fix what I had botched up. A lot of people live their lives on this theory: action first, prayer second.
If you really want to lead a successful life – PRAY FIRST. Go to God first then act as God directs. Your life will be simpler, and a whole lot easier.
I have known a lot of people who are addicted to chaos and crisis. These people love riding the bucking bronco of disaster. The upset of chaos and crisis many times charges the adrenaline, but the bottom line is negative in our lives.
We also must admit that there are a lot of people that would be quite bored in perfect peace all the time. Spiritually, you find that peace is a conduit of love and Divine ideas and therefore gives you life that is very exciting. A successful life is always more exciting than one filled with failure after failure.
Most people read “Positive Daily Inspiration” first thing in the morning; so let’s take this opportunity to go to God in prayer.
POSITIVE DAILY PRAYER:
Dear God, I come to You with incredible faith in the possibilities that lay ahead of me in this day.
I pray that I walk in Your light of perfect guidance.
I pray that I bask in Your presence.
I pray that I take the opportunity to do the things that will allow my soul to sing with joy and laughter.
May I this day rejoice in my work and know the sweetness of duty, performed in freedom.
May my hands be gentle in holding and tender in letting go.
May Your love illumine my face and my heart.
I ask that Your love keep me, blessing my going out and my coming in.
I ask that You infill me today so that my presence will bring peace and blessing to all those around me.
In Jesus Christ’s name … Amen

“Your gates shall be opened continually; … they shall not be shut.”
Isaiah 60:11
A lecturer, when explaining stress management to an audience, raised a glass of water and asked,
“How heavy is this glass of water?”
Answers called out ranged from 20g to 500g.
The lecturer replied, “The absolute weight doesn’t matter. It depends on how long you try to hold it. If I hold it for a minute, that’s not a problem. If I hold it for an hour, I’ll have an ache in my right arm. If I hold it for a day, you’ll have to call an ambulance. In each case, it’s the same weight, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it becomes.”
He continued, “And that’s the way it is with stress management. If we carry our burdens all the time, sooner or later, as the burden becomes increasingly heavy, we won’t be able to carry on. “
“As with the glass of water, you have to put it down for a while and rest before holding it again. When we’re refreshed, we can carry on with the burden.”
“So, before you return home tonight, put the burden of work down. Don’t carry it home. You can pick it up tomorrow. Whatever burdens you’re carrying now, let them down for a moment if you can.”
So, my friend, why not take a while to just simply RELAX.
Put down anything that may be a burden to you right now.
Don’t pick it up again until after you’ve rested a while.
Life is to be enjoyed.
Enjoy it!

Here are some great ways of dealing with the burdens of life:
* Always keep your words soft and sweet, just in case you have to eat them.
* If you can’t be kind, at least have the decency to be vague.
* If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it
* Never put both feet in your mouth at the same time, because then you won’t have a leg to stand on.
* Nobody cares if you can’t dance well. Just get up and dance.
* Since it’s the early worm that gets eaten by the bird, sleep late.
* The second mouse gets the cheese.
* When everything’s coming your way, you’re in the wrong lane.
* Birthdays are good for you. The more you have, the longer you live.

POSITIVE DAILY PRAYER:
Dear God, when the road of life seems difficult, I remain centered, calm, and poised in Your loving presence.
I turn to You, God, and find peace of mind instantly, and the concern over the shadows of challenges fades away.
I feel Your very present light and love and the ever-present assurance of Divine help and Divine direction in my life.
In Jesus Christ’s name, Amen
POSITIVE DAILY AFFIRMATION: In the silence, I receive from God.
POSITIVE DAILY QUOTE: “Don’t wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful.” Mark Victor Hansen

“God is spirit, and those who worship God must worship in spirit and truth.”
John 4:24
God’s Spirit is with you right now. God’s power is at work in all that is of concern to you. Assured of this, you have faith that every need will be met in a perfect way. You know without a doubt that there is a right answer to every problem. You rely on God, trusting that you can meet whatever comes with courage and strength. All things are possible with God. Knowing that God’s Spirit is at work in your life and affairs, you know that any negative condition or circumstance cannot limit you. Nothing can stand in the way of God and God’s good working in your life. Through the power of God’s spirit with you, and within you, you are guided and blessed in all your ways.
Whatever the need, whether it is needed in your own life or whether you are concerned about the need of someone close to you, you release it to God, knowing that it will be met, that right answers will be revealed directly from God.
Today you worship in spirit and in truth. You live in the present moment aware that God lives in the present moment with you. You do not detract from your enjoyment of the present by looking back longingly to other days, or by looking to some future time, thinking that then you will be happy, putting off until tomorrow your enjoyment of life.
You worship in spirit and truth by counting your blessings today. You realize the good which is in this present moment given to you by God. You thank God in great appreciation for your home, your work, your friends, your community, and your world.
If you look at other people and feel that they are more blessed than you are, ask yourself, “Would I really change places?”
To be our own self is what life is all about. You are in this life for personal soul growth: it is your mission and your purpose. There may be things that you would like to see changed; there may be goals you would like to obtain. But just where you are, in the present moment, you can express your own unique and special God-given qualities.
Being aware of God every moment makes every day a day to enjoy.
POSITIVE DAILY PRAYER:
I am aware right now that God is with me.
God’s Spirit is everywhere present, and I am immersed in the Divine presence.
The presence of Jesus Christ is with me helping me and guiding me.
God’s power is at work in me.
I thank God that I am one with You.
I rely upon You God, and I trust You.
I count my blessings of my God-given good.
Today is a day to worship in spirit and in truth.
In Jesus Christ’s name … Amen
POSITIVE DAILY AFFIRMATION: I live in joy because I live in God!

“Have faith in God. Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, “Be taken up and cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him.”
Mark 11:22, 23
Jesus spoke of faith over and over again in His teachings and in His ministry. He knew the power and the importance of even a small measure of faith. Jesus told His followers that even if their faith was as a grain of mustard seed, they could move mountains and nothing would be impossible to them.
Does this seem remarkable to you? Do you see your faith as small and doubt its power to accomplish miracles in your life. Faith begets faith. As you use the faith you have; you discover that the promises of Jesus Christ become a living reality in you and in your daily life.
You place your faith in God, and God multiplies your faith many times. You become immovable and unshakable in your faith in God as the supreme power of good and love in your life. You know, through your faith in God, that nothing is impossible, because nothing is impossible to God. With God as your partner, you have Divine help that moves the mountains of negativity and challenge out of your life.
There may be times when it is hard to hold on to your faith – times when it seems there is no way out of the situation or that your heartfelt prayers are not being answered.
In such times you often receive a gentle inner urging that encourages you not to give up, to hold on to your faith no matter what.
In such times you wait, listen, and watch.
And then you see – God was with you all along! You were never alone, never without God’s love and support as you made your way through your darkest hour.
It was your faith that opened the door to the Divine presence and guided you to a place of inner peace. In every situation your faith keeps you united with the miracle working power of God.
Let us pray, say aloud these Positive Daily Affirmations:
Through faith in God, my mind receives Divine ideas and I am wise and enlightened. I make decisions clearly and surely.
Through faith in God, my body is bathed in Divine light and wholeness. I am whole and well. My body is kept in perfect working order.
Through faith in God, I place myself in God’s Divine order. I am in harmony with life, and good things are manifest in all that concerns me. Through faith in God, I experience ever-expanding prosperity and abundance. I am prospered and abundance flows to me.
Through faith in God, God reveals the way for me to live in love and peace with all people in my home, workplace and every place that I dwell.

“Judge not, and you will not be judged.”
Luke 6:37
Between now, and next Wednesday, we make a spiritual commitment to follow Jesus Christ by deciding not to judge for the next seven days.
Let us make a commitment to being nonjudgmental and fair-minded by practice. We realize that all people are learning and growing. We respect the right of others to grow in ways that are truly best for them.
Being fair-minded means being open to the differences that make each person unique because no one person has all the information or the understanding of life. There is no one correct way to view life or a particular situation in life.
We make a spiritual commitment not to criticize in the next week. The cause of all criticism is judgment. Rather than being critical of others, we pray for and work with others in prayer so that they can find their own right answers.
We also practice being nonjudgmental and noncritical with ourselves. We do not expect perfection in ourselves. Instead, we allow ourselves the freedom to grow and to change. We let go of past mistakes so that we can learn from them and move on. Accepting ourselves and others where we are right now allows us to flow with the right and perfect course in life.
God is everywhere present. God’s presence is with you. Wherever you are, God supplies you with all you need, and God is also with those that are choosing other paths from your own.
You let go of any thought of judgment and you pray to become nonjudgmental and fair-minded. You let the Divine life flow through former critical thought processes. You surrender the need to be right. You surrender your need to provide answers. You relax; you let go; and you let God’s life of good be expressed in a variety of ways in all life.
You relax and let go of all doubt and tension. You enter into cooperative action with God. You give thanks that God is doing a perfect work through others and in all of the situations on their individual paths. You realize that God is working behind the scenes to turn around all problems and misguided actions to Divine order. The answers for another life may not be your own answers, but they will be the exact answers that soul needs to grow and to become fulfilled.
God’s presence includes all that any person needs at any moment. You let go of the need to get advice-involved; you let go and let God work through the person’s life. As they learn to follow God’s guidance, you will witness the miracle of their every need being fulfilled in a custom and unique way, to benefit their individual life.
POSITIVE DAILY PRAYER:
Dear God, just for today, I will not judge anyone.
I will follow Your loving example of acceptance.
Just for today, I will not judge myself.
I will follow Your loving example of acceptance.
Just for today, I will look for things in common instead of focusing on differences.
I seek to build a bridge instead of a wall.
I pray that I can learn from today and repeat my good thoughts tomorrow.
In Jesus Christ’s name … Amen
POSITIVE DAILY AFFIRMATION: I follow Christ by choosing to no longer lower myself by judging others.
