Allow God to bring your life to the flood stage of God’s good and perfection.

The floodgates of my life are opened as I open myself to God’s ever-present good. New health and new Divine ideas inspire my life to move forward and accept the full good of God!

God’s pattern of perfection is in you now. God is expressing health and wholeness in your mind, body, and life. Within you courses the pure, perfect, healing life of God.

You think about the pattern of perfection within you, the image of God in which you were created, and the floodgates open!

Healing flows through you as you center your attention on the pure life of God, on God’s pattern of perfection within you. You are healed through and through.

You follow Jesus Christ, all through this day, as you let your thoughts return to the constant manifestation of God’s pattern of perfection within you. You breathe easily and freely, your heart beats in perfect rhythm, and every function and organ of your body does its work easily and perfectly.

You bless God’s perfect life that makes you whole and well–and God keeps you whole and well! Your heart overflows with praise and thanksgiving to God, for God’s pattern of perfection is within you expressing as health and wholeness in mind and body.

The floodgates of Divine intelligence are NOW working within you. God’s Divine intelligence shines through you as perception and guidance to direct and inspire you.

Our Bible says, “Thy word is a … light to my path.” Psalms 119:105

When you plan any sort of trip, you usually get out a map and find the best route to your desired destination. One route may be more direct, the other more scenic, but you choose whichever one best suits your particular circumstance.

Sometimes as you travel the road of life, you may become confused as to which way to turn, which route is best in helping you to fulfill your Divine purpose.

When a feeling of uncertainty arises, know that God’s Divine intelligence shines through you. Affirming today’s Positive Daily Inspiration with faith and joy brings clarity to your thoughts and feelings. You have an inner perception which directs and inspires you to the most loving, wise, and creating path for you to follow. With courage and confidence, you can follow your pathway, knowing that the Divine intelligence of God continually shines through you and is guiding your every step, so the flood tides of God good manifest in your life.

A young college co-ed came running in tears to her father. “Dad, you gave me some terrible financial advice!”

“I did? What did I tell you?” said the dad.

“You told me to put my money in that big bank, and now that big bank is in trouble.”

“What are you talking about? That’s one of the largest banks in the state,” he said. “there must be some mistake.”

“I don’t think so,” she sniffed. “They just returned one of my checks with a note saying, ‘Insufficient Funds’.”

A cowboy was herding his cattle in a remote pasture when suddenly a brand-new BMW advanced out of a dust cloud towards him. The driver, a young man in a Brioni suit, Gucci shoes, Ray Ban sunglasses and YSL tie, leans out of the window and asks the cowboy, “If I tell you exactly how many cows and calves you have in your herd will you give me a calf?”

The cowboy looks at the man, obviously a yuppie, then looks at his peaceful grazing herd and calmly answers, “Sure, why not?”

The young man parks his car, whips out his iPad computer, connects it to his iPhone, surfs to a Google page on the Internet, where he calls up a GPS satellite navigation system to get an exact fix on his location, which he then feeds to another Google satellite that scans the area in an ultrahigh resolution photo. The young man then opens the digital photo in Adobe Photoshop and exports it to an image processing facility in Hamburg, Germany. Within seconds, he receives a notice that the image has been processed and the data stored.

He then accesses an MS-SQL database through an ODBC connected Excel spreadsheet with hundreds of complex formulas. He uploads all of this data via an email on his iPad and after a few minutes, receives a response.

Finally, he prints out a full color, 150-page report on his hi-tech, miniaturized HP LaserJet printer and finally turns to the cowboy and says, “You have exactly 1586 cows and calves.”

“That’s right. Well, I guess you can take one of my calves,” says the cowboy.

He watches the young man select one of the animals and looks on amused as the young man stuffs it into the trunk of his car.

Then the cowboy says to the young man, “Hey, if I can tell you exactly what your business is, will you give me back my calf?”

The young man thinks about it for a second and then says, “Okay, why not.”

“You’re a consultant,” says the cowboy.

“Wow! That’s correct,” says the young man, “but how did you guess that?”

“No guessing required” answered the cowboy. “You showed up here even though nobody called you; you want to get paid for an answer I already knew, to a question I never asked; and you don’t know anything about my business.”

“Now, give me back my dog!”

A professor wrote on the black board, “Woman without her man is nothing.” The students were instructed to insert the proper punctuation.

The men wrote, “Women, without her man, is nothing.”

The Women wrote, “Women! Without her, man is nothing.”

A senior citizen in Florida bought a brand-new Mercedes convertible. He took off down the road, gunning it to 80 mph and enjoying the wind blowing through what little hair he had left on his head. “This is great,” he thought as he roared down I-75. He pushed the pedal to the metal even more.

Then he looked in his rear-view mirror and saw a highway patrol trooper behind him, blue lights flashing and siren blaring. “I can get away from him with no problem,” thought the man and he tromped it some more and flew down the road at over 100 mph. Then 110, 120 mph!

Then he thought, “What am I doing? I’m too old for this kind of thing.” He pulled over to the side of the road and waited for the trooper to catch up with him.

The trooper pulled in behind the Mercedes and walked up to the man. “Sir,” he said, looking at his watch. “My shift ends in 30 minutes and today is Friday. If you can give me a reason why you were speeding that I’ve never heard before, I’ll let you go.”

The man looked at the trooper and said, “Years ago a girlfriend ran off with a Florida state trooper, and I thought you were bringing her back.”

The trooper replied, “Sir, have a nice day.”

Apple Gatherer

A few years ago, a group of salesmen went to a regional sales convention in Chicago. They had assured their wives that they would be home in plenty of time for Friday night’s dinner. In their rush, with tickets and briefcases, one of these salesmen inadvertently kicked over a table which held a display of apples. Apples flew everywhere. Without stopping or looking back, they all managed to reach the plane in time for their nearly-missed boarding …

ALL BUT ONE!!! He paused, took a deep breath, got in touch with his feelings and experienced a twinge of compassion for the girl whose apple stand had been overturned.

He told his buddies to go on without him, waved good-bye, told one of them to call his wife when they arrived at their home destination and explain his taking a later flight. Then he returned to the terminal where the apples were all over the terminal floor.

He was glad he did.

The 16-year-old girl was totally blind! She was softly crying, tears running down her cheeks in frustration, and at the same time helplessly groping for her spilled produce as the crowd swirled about her; no one stopping and no one to care for her plight.

The salesman knelt on the floor with her, gathered up the apples, put them back on the table and helped organize her display. As he did this, he noticed that many of them had become battered and bruised; these he set aside in another basket. When he had finished, he pulled out his wallet and said to the girl, “Here, please take this $40 for the damage we did. Are you okay?”

She nodded through her tears. He continued on with, “I hope we didn’t spoil your day too badly.”

As the salesman started to walk away, the bewildered blind girl called out to him, “Mister … .” He paused and turned to look back into those blind eyes.

She continued, “Are you Jesus?”

He stopped in mid-stride … and he wondered. He gently went back and said, “No, I am nothing like Jesus – He is good, kind, caring, loving, and would never have bumped into your display in the first place.”

The girl gently nodded: “I only asked because I prayed for Jesus to help me gather the apples. He sent you to help me, so you are like Him – only He knows who will do His will. Thank you for hearing His call, Mister.”

Then slowly he made his way to catch the later flight with that question burning and bouncing about in his soul: “Are you Jesus?”

Do people mistake you for Jesus?

That’s our destiny, is it not?

To be so much like Jesus that people cannot tell the difference as we live and interact with a world that is blind to His love, life and grace.

If we claim to know Him, we should live, walk and act as He would. Knowing Him is more than simply quoting Scripture and going to church. It’s actually living the Truth as life unfolds day to day.

Our best friend has been with us since birth and will be with us past death, never leaving our side even for an instant. God is your best friend.

Many people choose to keep God at a distance. They believe it’s safer that way. They don’t even realize what they’re doing. They keep God on an unreachable perch. Instead of accepting God is a friend.

Anyone that is on Facebook knows about friending people. Spiritually, we should friend God. I know that we worship God. But we must go beyond just once or twice a week faith to a faith that friends God daily. God is the best friend you will ever have. God always thinks the best of you. God always is at your side. God works behind the scenes to make things go right for you.

There are many things in life that you may allow to influence you, some are not always positive.

Today, you choose to let God’s love be the active influence in your life.

You allow God’s love to influence the thoughts you think. You hold only positive, faith-filled thoughts as you turn your attention away from any negative appearance and focus it on the underlying good of God.

You allow God’s love to influence the words you speak and write. Your communication with others is devoted to the establishment of harmony and understanding. There is a new willingness for cooperation within you.

You friend God.

The words that you use today encourage others and give the assurance of your prayerful support.

You allow God’s love to influence your actions. You are inspired to act wisely and to use good judgment in every situation. Your activities are filled with peace and are orderly and satisfying to you.

Today, God’s love is the active influence on others your life. The more you love–the more you are needed in this life.

If a friend was depressed and unhappy and shared with you feelings of being unloved and unneeded your response would be one of love.

You would assure this friend of their worth and importance. You would pour out your love and assure them of God’s love.

If you feel unimportant and unneeded in the scheme of life, or if feelings of loneliness or depression assail you, be your own best friend. Remind yourself of God’s ever-present love for you, and feel God’s love outpoured upon you. You can know that the role you fill and the gifts you have to give are needed and important in God’s world.

You are created in God’s image and likeness. Value your innate worth.

True worship is worth-ship! God’s love for you is beyond comprehension. God’s faith in you is without measure.

You are loved.

You are needed.

You are important.

You are God’s child.

You are God’s friend.

A person can radiate vitality, when fully connected in awareness to their source – God.

The Bible says that you live in the temple of the living God. A temple is a magnificent structure that proclaims humankind’s praise to the glory of God.

Your body is a marvelous temple that houses spirit and soul and proclaims your praise to the glory of God. Your spirit, soul, and body cooperate in harmony to create a state of Godly wholeness.

You are grateful for the Divine design in which you were created by the Creator. You give thanks for the perceivable and the unseen health – from vibrant skin to perfectly functioning organs.

Although the healing process can be assisted, your body knows how to heal itself. God’s healing power is active as cells and tissues are restored and renewed. In thought, word, and action, you cooperate with the healing process of God.

The same wellspring of life of which Jesus spoke is within you now.

Radiant God-given life wells up from within you. Ever-renewing life searches for us to reveal the limitless opportunities of renewal and vitality that are available to you.

You are radiantly alive, and you show it. The wellspring of life is expressed by you in limitless ways.

In the Bible, in John 4:14, it states, “Whoever drinks of the water that I give them will never thirst; the water that I shall give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”

God’s healing life circulates throughout your body right now. Perfect God-given health is yours. God’s life perfecting power brings forth wholeness in your mind and body now. You are healed continuously in God’s glory. Every cell in your body responds to God’s healing, and you are totally whole and well. Every cell of your body is alive and alight with God’s healing activity. You radiate vitality.

Peace precedes all healing, and so we at Positive Christianity pray that God’s love permeates your mind, heart, and body, blessing you with peace and order and overflowing to establish peace in your world.

“With humans this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

Dear God, in quiet confidence and serene, complete trust, I place every healing need in Your care. I am relaxed and trusting because You are my Creator and You are constantly re-creating me.

I am filled with faith in God’s healing power. I feel the support of God’s love within me. I feel an infilling of God strength. My spirit thrills in the knowledge of God’s perfect life infilling me. My mental outlook is peaceful, fearless, and positive. I believe that God’s healing power is completely restoring me to wellness.

No negative prediction or dire condition can alarm me or sway me from my belief in God’s power to heal. I completely release any healing need to God, knowing that God will guide the healing process, combining with people that God directs me to. All avenues to healing work together to permanently heal me.

I know that the life of God is a mighty, healing stream, ever-present within me.

I give thanks that renewal and healing are now taking place within me.

I do not wait for an apparent need of healing to pray for wellness; I make daily prayer for wellness part of my daily life.

I use positive prayer affirmations of life in strength every day. In so doing, I build into my heart, mind, and soul ideas of life that keep me healthy and responsive to the healing spirit of God.

In prayer, I affirm: “God is mighty in the midst of me. I am vitalized, renewed, and healed.”

I am strong in my wellness, and my strength is from God. It does not depend on externals. It is not a strength that I have occasionally, but a strength I have ALWAYS!

I am part of the life of God. My body is created out of the essence of God. I am sustained at all times by an inner-strength. I am upheld by the wellspring of God flowing through me, bringing continuous wellness. I receive into my mind and body that pure and perfect life that God gives.

By focusing on this truth this day, I am instantly blessing my body and my mind.

Tuesday Prayer and Meditation

“Rejoice in the Lord always; again, I will say, Rejoice.”
Philippians 4:4

We pray, uniting our prayer with God. Prayer is a time of uniting minds and hearts in the presence of God, a time for letting go and simply being one with God. This is what we will do right now. We will become one with God again in our awareness.

God’s holy presence dwells with you.

“My presence will go with you and I will give you rest.”

We open our minds and our hearts to the holy presence of God with us. We allow our bodies to relax. We let the cares of day’s past to roll from our shoulders. We are comfortable and serene, as we think only of the presence of God. We feel this presence now. The presence of God fills you with peace.

Accept this now, in the silence of prayer …

“Thou doth show me the path of light.”

With peaceful hearts, we now turn our thoughts to the light of God. The presence of God is the light that illumines our every step. Divine light comes to us through different channels at different times.

We remain receptive to Divine light. We are inspired and guided along the path of light to our highest good. The light of God illumines you. You think clearly and you act wisely.

Now, accept this as true in the silence of prayer …

“Seek the Lord and his strength.”

Seek God’s presence, continually. We seek God and the healing strength of God within our minds, our hearts, and our body temples. In the presence of God, we find all we are looking for – physical, mental, and emotional wholeness. Divine life flows through us, filling us with energy, and restoring us to good health.

We take a moment now to feel the presence of God within us as life – perfecting, nurturing life.

Through the power of the spoken word, I decree for you: The life of God revitalizes your mind and body.

You are energetic and strong.

You believe this in faith, in the silence of prayer …

“The Lord was with him.”

God is with us and within us. As we turn to God, we tap into a rich area of Divine ideas. These ideas are God’s prosperity. As we use them with wisdom and enthusiasm, we attract to us all we need for abundant living. We prepare now for a pause to open ourselves to the Divine ideas of God.

We pray for ourselves and for all who seek the abundant goodness of God in their lives.

Through the power of the spoken word, I decree: The love of God prospers you. You are bountifully blessed.

We believe, in the silence of prayer …

As we draw this time of prayer to a close, we are enriched, for we have experienced the presence of God.

We are peaceful. We are illumined. We are strong. We are prosperous.

“If I take up the wings of the morning and dwell in the outermost parts of the sea, even there Thy hand shall lead me; Thy right hand shall hold me.”

Thank You, God.

“May you be strengthened with ALL power.”
Colossians 1:11

There is something new to learn every day, and you decide today to become more teachable. You look for new things to learn, and become excited about learning.

You may begin the day with anxious thoughts about new responsibilities, or about important decisions you must make, but you let these thoughts be dissolved in the strength of the truth that God is with you.

You know that God will give you the strength to do whatever you are called upon to do, for the all-knowing mind of God is working with you and inspiring your human mind to teach you new exciting ways of life, and to guide you.

You meet this day in the assurance that its activities are opportunities for you to express the joy of life. You are teachable to new joy because you have the joy of God with you, and you have the God-given talents and abilities to use that joy.

You are open to God’s instruction. Whatever there is to be learned this day, you remain relaxed and teachable, poised and serene in the awareness of your all-knowing Guide and Teacher.

If you have a need of strength – mental, or emotional, or physical – you can be certain that the strength of the Lord is with you, and in you, and around you. Be teachable enough to accept God’s loving power to feel it welling up within you – strengthening and empowering you.

Prayer is the avenue through which you attain greater strength and learning.

Going towards a new venture you pray:

“I am strong in the Lord and in the power of God’s might.”

You hold to these words and find that strength replaces weakness in mind and body.

You are also teachable to learn new ways of living daily life. You find that you can easily say “no” to some habit or attitude you have long wanted to release.

You are filled with inner-poise and serenity and feel a new surge of strength and power flowing through your mind. New ideas are coming to you that you can easily accept as your own.

You know that you can do, and be, all that you would do, and be, through the strength of God. Your mind is open to higher thoughts, and better ways. You do not hold on to past thoughts that have not served you well.

You are strong in the Lord and in the power of God’s might. This realization enables you to be free and to live the life you want to live, through having an open mind to the Divine ideas of God.

POSITIVE DAILY PRAYER:

Dear God, I pray that I am not closed off, or closed down.
May I be open to new ideas.
May my mind be an open mind.
I pray that I am teachable.
I do not want to be a person that knows it all.
I want to be a person that is open to learning constantly.
Teach me to be teachable.
Help me to be a student of life.
Most of all, I pray that I may be taught by You.
