Dear God, in quiet confidence and serene, complete trust, I place every healing need in Your care. I am relaxed and trusting because You are my Creator and You are constantly re-creating me.
I am filled with faith in God’s healing power. I feel the support of God’s love within me. I feel an infilling of God strength. My spirit thrills in the knowledge of God’s perfect life infilling me. My mental outlook is peaceful, fearless, and positive. I believe that God’s healing power is completely restoring me to wellness.
No negative prediction or dire condition can alarm me or sway me from my belief in God’s power to heal. I completely release any healing need to God, knowing that God will guide the healing process, combining with people that God directs me to. All avenues to healing work together to permanently heal me.
I know that the life of God is a mighty, healing stream, ever-present within me.
I give thanks that renewal and healing are now taking place within me.
I do not wait for an apparent need of healing to pray for wellness; I make daily prayer for wellness part of my daily life.
I use positive prayer affirmations of life in strength every day. In so doing, I build into my heart, mind, and soul ideas of life that keep me healthy and responsive to the healing spirit of God.
In prayer, I affirm: “God is mighty in the midst of me. I am vitalized, renewed, and healed.”
I am strong in my wellness, and my strength is from God. It does not depend on externals. It is not a strength that I have occasionally, but a strength I have ALWAYS!
I am part of the life of God. My body is created out of the essence of God. I am sustained at all times by an inner-strength. I am upheld by the wellspring of God flowing through me, bringing continuous wellness. I receive into my mind and body that pure and perfect life that God gives.
By focusing on this truth this day, I am instantly blessing my body and my mind.

Tuesday Prayer and Meditation
“Rejoice in the Lord always; again, I will say, Rejoice.”
Philippians 4:4
We pray, uniting our prayer with God. Prayer is a time of uniting minds and hearts in the presence of God, a time for letting go and simply being one with God. This is what we will do right now. We will become one with God again in our awareness.
God’s holy presence dwells with you.
“My presence will go with you and I will give you rest.”
We open our minds and our hearts to the holy presence of God with us. We allow our bodies to relax. We let the cares of day’s past to roll from our shoulders. We are comfortable and serene, as we think only of the presence of God. We feel this presence now. The presence of God fills you with peace.
Accept this now, in the silence of prayer …
“Thou doth show me the path of light.”
With peaceful hearts, we now turn our thoughts to the light of God. The presence of God is the light that illumines our every step. Divine light comes to us through different channels at different times.
We remain receptive to Divine light. We are inspired and guided along the path of light to our highest good. The light of God illumines you. You think clearly and you act wisely.
Now, accept this as true in the silence of prayer …
“Seek the Lord and his strength.”
Seek God’s presence, continually. We seek God and the healing strength of God within our minds, our hearts, and our body temples. In the presence of God, we find all we are looking for – physical, mental, and emotional wholeness. Divine life flows through us, filling us with energy, and restoring us to good health.
We take a moment now to feel the presence of God within us as life – perfecting, nurturing life.
Through the power of the spoken word, I decree for you: The life of God revitalizes your mind and body.
You are energetic and strong.
You believe this in faith, in the silence of prayer …
“The Lord was with him.”
God is with us and within us. As we turn to God, we tap into a rich area of Divine ideas. These ideas are God’s prosperity. As we use them with wisdom and enthusiasm, we attract to us all we need for abundant living. We prepare now for a pause to open ourselves to the Divine ideas of God.
We pray for ourselves and for all who seek the abundant goodness of God in their lives.
Through the power of the spoken word, I decree: The love of God prospers you. You are bountifully blessed.

As we draw this time of prayer to a close, we are enriched, for we have experienced the presence of God.

There is something new to learn every day, and you decide today to become more teachable. You look for new things to learn, and become excited about learning.
You may begin the day with anxious thoughts about new responsibilities, or about important decisions you must make, but you let these thoughts be dissolved in the strength of the truth that God is with you.
You know that God will give you the strength to do whatever you are called upon to do, for the all-knowing mind of God is working with you and inspiring your human mind to teach you new exciting ways of life, and to guide you.
You meet this day in the assurance that its activities are opportunities for you to express the joy of life. You are teachable to new joy because you have the joy of God with you, and you have the God-given talents and abilities to use that joy.
You are open to God’s instruction. Whatever there is to be learned this day, you remain relaxed and teachable, poised and serene in the awareness of your all-knowing Guide and Teacher.
If you have a need of strength – mental, or emotional, or physical – you can be certain that the strength of the Lord is with you, and in you, and around you. Be teachable enough to accept God’s loving power to feel it welling up within you – strengthening and empowering you.
Prayer is the avenue through which you attain greater strength and learning.
Going towards a new venture you pray:
“I am strong in the Lord and in the power of God’s might.”
You hold to these words and find that strength replaces weakness in mind and body.
You are also teachable to learn new ways of living daily life. You find that you can easily say “no” to some habit or attitude you have long wanted to release.
You are filled with inner-poise and serenity and feel a new surge of strength and power flowing through your mind. New ideas are coming to you that you can easily accept as your own.
You know that you can do, and be, all that you would do, and be, through the strength of God. Your mind is open to higher thoughts, and better ways. You do not hold on to past thoughts that have not served you well.
You are strong in the Lord and in the power of God’s might. This realization enables you to be free and to live the life you want to live, through having an open mind to the Divine ideas of God.

The boss of a big company needed to call one of his employees about an urgent problem with one of the main computers, dialed the employee’s home phone number and was greeted with a child’s whisper, “Hello.”
“Is your daddy home?” he asked.
“Yes,” whispered the small voice.
“May I talk with him?”
The child whispered, “No.”
Surprised, and wanting to talk with an adult, the boss asked, “Is your mommy there?”
“Yes.”
“May I talk with her?”
Again, the small voice whispered, “No.”
Hoping there was somebody with whom he could leave a message, the boss asked, “Is anybody else there?”
“Yes,” whispered the child, “a policeman.”
Wondering what a cop would be doing at his employee’s home, the boss asked, “May I speak with the policeman?”
“No, he’s busy”, whispered the child.
“Busy doing what?”
“Talking to Daddy and Mommy and the Fireman”, came the whispered answer.
Growing concerned, and even worried, as he heard what sounded like a helicopter through the earpiece on the phone the boss asked, “What is that noise?”
“A hello-copper” answered the whispering voice.
“What is going on there?” asked the boss, now alarmed.
In an awed whispering voice, the child answered, “The search team just landed the hello-copper.”
Alarmed, concerned, and even more than just a little frustrated the boss asked, “What are they searching for?”
Still whispering, the young voice replied along with a muffled giggle … “ME.”

Once upon a time, there was a man who went hunting for bears. As he trudged through the forest looking for bears, he came upon the large, steep hill. He climbed the hill, and just as he was pulling himself over the last outcropping of rocks, a huge bear met him nose to nose.
The bear roared fiercely. The man was so scared that he lost his balance. He fell down the hill with the bear not far behind him. On the trip down the hill, the man lost his gun. When he finally stopped tumbling, he found that he had a broken leg. It was impossible to escape.
The man had never been very religious, and he had never prayed much, but he prayed now.
He said, “God, if you will make this bear a Christian, I will be happy with whatever lot You give me for the rest of my life.”
The bear was no more than 3 feet from the man when it stopped dead in its tracks. The bear looked up to the heavens quizzically, and then fell to its knees. It prayed in a loud voice, “Lord, bless this food of which I am about to partake. Amen.”

An old farmer got pulled over by a young state trooper for speeding. The trooper, fresh on the job, decided to throw his weight around and started lecturing the farmer about his speed. He did his best to make the farmer feel uncomfortable but eventually got around to writing the ticket. As he wrote, he had to swat at several flies that were buzzing around his head.
“Having some problems with circle flies there, are ya?” asked the farmer.
The trooper stopped writing the ticket and looked up. “Well yeah, if that’s what they are,” he said. “I never heard of circle flies, though.”
“Oh, they’re pretty common on farms,” said the farmer. “We call ’em circle flies because they’re always circling around the back end of a horse.”
“I see,” said the trooper as he continued writing the ticket. All of a sudden, he stopped and looked up at the farmer. “Hey … wait a minute, are you trying to call me a horse’s backend?”
“Oh no, officer,” replied the farmer. “I have far too much respect for law enforcement and police officers to even think about calling you a horse’s backend.”
“Well, that’s a good thing,” said the trooper as he resumed writing the ticket.
After a long pause, the farmer continued. “Hard to fool them flies, though.

The Best Non-Judging Prayer Heard in A Long Time …
Heavenly God help us remember that the jerk who cut us off in traffic last night is a single mother who worked nine hours that day and is rushing home to cook dinner, help with homework, do the laundry and spend a few precious moments with her children.
Help us to remember that the pierced, tattooed, disinterested young man who can’t make change correctly is a worried 19-year-old college student, balancing his apprehension over final exams with his fear of not getting his student loans for next semester.
Remind us, dear God, that the scary looking bum, begging for money in the same spot every day (who really ought to get a job!) is a slave to addictions and mental illness that we can only imagine in our worst nightmares.
Help us to remember that the old couple walking annoyingly slow through the store aisles and blocking our shopping progress are savoring this moment, knowing that, based on the biopsy report she got back last week, this will be the last year that they go shopping together.
Heavenly God remind us each day that, of all the gifts you give us, the greatest gift is love. It is not enough to share that love with those we hold dear. Open our hearts not to just those who are close to us, but to all humanity. Let us be slow to judge and quick to forgive, show patience, empathy and love.
Help us always to seek the love of God in all that we do

Waiting on God

“Lead me in Thy truth, and teach me, for thou art the God of my salvation; for thee I WAIT all day long.”
Psalms 25:5
You are not anxious as you wait – for you know that God has your back.
Sometimes the most difficult aspect of living a spiritually enriched life is waiting for the good of God that you know is on its way to you. For those of you who feel that you must continually plan and control your course of action, waiting may not be easy.
However, realize that waiting can be a positive experience when you have a high degree of certainty in God’s good. When you are faith-filled you wait in positive excitement. You are aware that God works through people and circumstances to bring your good to you. Sometimes the highest good and miracles of God take time to fully develop. The greatest things that have happened in my life would not have happened if I claimed them before their time.
You anticipate enrichment, growth, and prosperity during your wait, with appreciation for the blessings that already exist in your life.
While waiting for your good from God, you prepare yourself to be totally ready for it. You are preparing yourself to totally accept it and incorporate it into your life. You realize as you wait that even greater blessings and a renewed awareness that God is constantly working in your life and in the lives of those around you.
You are aware of the prospering power of God, and therefore you are not anxious in your waiting. Being aware of the prospering power of God opens the way for blessings to come in your life. You use your time and energy in positive creative ways as you envision all the Divine blessings already on their way to you. You ready yourself to claim them now. You do not confuse faith with doubts and worry. You realize that doubts and worry block your good, stop it entirely, or at the least, slow it down to a snail’s pace.
You think of the abundance of God. You are inspired to successful living, and you participate as both giver and receiver in the flow of increased blessings and more abundant supply.
Waiting is a powerful spiritual time, just as a seed planted in the earth is no good if dug up before its time. Your good is being birthed and fully developed in this faith-filled time of creation.
Like Jesus Christ did, you thank God during the waiting time. You give thanks in advance in full-faith of the expected good. Through the prospering power of God, your waiting time will be rewarded with the harvest.
Sometimes the harvest will include guidance, and the power, and willingness within you to undertake new beginnings.
If you wait in the right spiritual way, you will be inspired to successful living by the prospering power of God.
As it says in our Bible, 2 Corinthians 9:8, “God is able to provide you with every blessing in abundance, so that you may always have enough of everything!”

POTENTIAL

No matter what seems impossible in your life, God can bring the possible help to help you reach your potential.
The Bible teaches you that, through faith in God, you have the potential to rise above all adversity and achieve victory.
This is as true today, as it was in Jesus’ day.
Nothing is impossible when you focus your attention and faith on God. God is with you every moment and can be called upon for help in every need. By trusting in God completely, Moses led the Israelites to the Promised Land; Elijah raised the widow’s son from the dead; Jesus Christ healed the sick, fed the multitudes, and overcame death; and Paul rose above torture and imprisonment to carry the good news of the risen Christ to all who would listen!
You, too, enter a promised land of abundant plenty as you focus your faith on God’s promises to you. You are made whole, well, and perfect in every way when you accept God as your health and wholeness. You are prospered abundantly and your desires are fulfilled as a direct result of your faith in God’s will of good for you. With God, all things are possible for you and your future IS bright.
Every second of your life you are surrounded by the life-sustaining air that provides the oxygen you need. Although you’re not always conscious of the air around you, it is present.
In much the same way, you are constantly surrounded and enfolded by God’s life-giving, loving provision for you. Divine love will prosper you today and everyday and fulfill and motivate you.
God is everywhere present; therefore, Divine love and Divine potentiality is everywhere present with you – in your life today and into the tomorrow’s of your life. God’s loving provision for you assures you that you have all that you need to be prosperous in your days ahead.
God’s love is accessible to you at all times, regardless of where you are.
Let us take time to become still in prayer by making a conscious connection with God. Then we become aware of the guidance that we need, head of the actions that we are to take.
We pray for an open mind that is receptive to God in guiding us to our potential, to the way for true prosperity to be made manifest in our life, and in all circumstances of our life.
Reach your potential with God’s help. With God – NOTHING – is impossible!

The Fine Art of Being Kind and Gentle

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, KINDNESS, goodness, faithfulness, GENTLENESS, self-control; against such things there is no law.”
Galatians 5:22-23
We all pray for a kinder and gentler world – what we must spiritually realize is, it begins with us.
The ancient philosopher Philo of Alexandria (20 AD – 50 AD) said, “Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.” It seems some things in the human realm never change. Times have never been tougher than they are right now for a lot of people, and the “normal” tendency in tough times may be to withdraw from others because we are so consumed by our own fears, concerns and problems.
However, when we withdraw, that’s when a sense of isolation comes flooding in. And, yet, if we think about it, a simple act of kindness to another can instantly reconnect them to life in ways we may never know.
Just think about that. Your act of kindness, and gentleness, could be the bridge that another needs at that moment to get them through the day. And, irrespective of the simplicity of the act you may think you are extending to others, universally speaking, there’s no such thing as a small act of kindness.
Every act of kindness and gentleness creates a ripple effect which reaches out far beyond your act. That’s the empowering thing about kindness – when we receive kindness we are naturally inspired to extend it to others.
Lena Horne said that she really didn’t become a success as a human being until she took time to be kinder to everyone. She said, “it was my responsibility to remove my own chip from my own shoulder. When I did, the world became a sweet place, and great success professional, and personal, followed.”

George H. W. Bush said, “America is never wholly herself unless she is engaged in high moral principle. We as a people have such a purpose today. It is to make kinder the face of the nation and gentler the face of the world.”
One of God’s purposes, and God’s Will for your life, is for you to become kinder in a godly way to everyone that is part of your world. This is not always easy, but it must be done. We must strive to do this, as much as we strive to learn a skill to become a success at a chosen profession. Kindness is the profession of our soul. Kindness is the soul’s path out of loneliness to a destination of happiness.
As it says in Philippians 4:5,” Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.”

POSITIVE DAILY PRAYER:
Dear kind God, there is no one gentler with us than You, especially when we deserve the opposite.
There is no one as welcoming of all people, as kind to the broken, or as understanding of the struggling as You.
You are gentle, yet persistent; gentle, yet firm; gentle, yet so very powerful.
You are the only physician I want working on my inner heart.
You never get nervous, flustered, agitated, or hurried.
You have a steady hand because of Your steady heart.
By the truth and power of the gospel, come and make of me a true gentle-human – someone whose gentleness is “evident to all,” and not just evident to the people who are so easy for me to be with.
Gentle me when I’m behind slow drivers who stay in the fast lane.
Gentle me when I face both fair and unfair criticism.
Gentle me when I think things that are obvious to me ought to be obvious to everybody else.
Gentle me when loud, boorish people invade “my” space – as though I have an inalienable right to an uninterrupted life.
Gentle me when I’m too tired to engage but the other person really needs me to listen.
Gentle me when I need a nap, but my children need to play.
Gentle me when several things break in the same week.
Gentle me when three stores “just ran out” of the one thing I need.
Gentle me when I try to assume control over things which are your domain.
In fact, gentle me when, dear God when I get tired of waiting for You.
Gentle me when friends keep making the same mistakes and foolish choices.
Gentle me when the restaurant sends me home with the wrong takeout order.
Gentle me when I start debating theology rather than loving the people who see things differently.
Gentle me when I cannot fix the very people You never gave me to fix.
Gentle me quick, whenever I begin to get defensive, irritated, anxious, impatient … and when I “cop” other attitudes that contradict Your grace and love.
Jesus, as this Scripture says, You are so near us in the gospel; in fact, You live in our hearts.
May every expression of Your nearness generate a much quicker change on my part.
Make me a gentle kind human living by the gospel, and for Your glory.

How good it feels to go to God in prayer. I ask you spiritually, quietly to turn to the presence of God. This is an all-powerful prayer power contact with God, within you. I ask you to have a complete awareness of God. Bring the awareness of God into your mind.

Dear God, thank you for the opportunities of life abundantly provided for me on my future path. I ask for Your abiding presence to be with me. I ask that You guide me in the directions that I need to go, and show me the way to the highest accomplishment.

As you bring the awareness of God to your mind, God will speak to you. Here is what God says to you this moment: Dear child, your future is good. Your future is absolute good. There is a wonderful, tremendous door in front of you. Willingly you have walked through this door. The threshold is wide and long. It is the door of your future. Time is the ultimate gift of God, and you choose to use it wisely and well.
It is your door – God’s door of progress, the door of advancement and achievement. It is the door of God. Open doors of opportunity are now yours to walk through.

God and you and the future are one in security, strength, poise, and power, Wonderfully and well hath God prepared all things for you and yours and all Graciously, lovingly, thoughtfully, God has lavished rich, fruitful provision of Supply for your every need.

You advance now into teeming plenty. You go in and possess the land, the place where the good, the prosperity, and-the health is already prepared for you by God. God hath provided and prepared the way for you to go: There is no space or place where God’s love hath not already, prepared the way for you to go.
Know this minute, in this prayer, that there is no such thing as an unknowable future. God is all knowing and all knowable. The dread, the fearful, ignorant, and superstitious thoughts, all melt away before the blazing light of God’s Truth. The earth is of the Lord’s and the fullness thereof, and SO IS the future. New heights reveal new glorious immensities, possibilities without end for you.

You are forever freed from earthbound concepts. Your future is good. God is good – infinite without time, space or distance. You know this. You know that good is just as true now as it will be a billion trillion years from now.
You know that God fills the future and governs your future just as much as God does this day. Tomorrow is growing, right now, out of what you’re thinking and praying about today. Your future, your wondrous, glorious future is going on in your thinking right now.
You are advancing from glory to glory, from the known and the familiar to what God has prepared for those who love God. How we do love God! What do we have to meet in the future? We have to meet God everywhere we go. We dwell on this and think about our love for God as we meet God in the silence of prayer.

Your future is very good because it is already going on in the mind of God.
Dear God, we praise You today and we appreciate You. Thou prepareth a table before us, and, before we get there, everything we need is already prepared and waiting. There is ample provision for me and mine, and all my future is absolute good.
I have a new trust this moment in You.
With God, I rest,
With God I prepare.
There is a Divine great future in my life!
As I prepare to open my eyes, I pray that this prayer time goes on ALL day, and ALL year. I pray that it accelerates an attitude, a feeling, and a perception inside of me of the power of God being with me and for me. In Jesus Christ’s name we pray in the knowledge of that good from God.
