Prayer Request: Howdy ya’ll ,
Hope all of you are well this fine day. I decided to go public with this prayer because really what is there to hide when I am trying to help another or have concerns for another.
This is for a new brother of mine in recovery that I met about a year ago. We talk whenever we get a chance at the meetings. He just confided in me that he has esophagus cancer and is about to have a port put in for his chemo. They will try to shrink before next step. I feel for him because he is almost as old as me. So anyway I shared with him
about my own liver surgery this last Jan and how I was lucky enough to have all of you praying for me and how no chemo necessary for me. So I do want to Thank all of you for that again and all of coarse who will participate in my brothers healing. I believe strongly in the power there is when one or more are gathered and in agreement with the Father that everything and anything is possible. I am so grateful to be a part of that all by itself. I am sure that we can lift our new brother up. I know for me that my mental state has an awful lot to do with the outcome of the moment now and for sure will affect the future. So my brothers name is Danny J and I ask you to help me pray that he can
remain in peace and walk in this new faith we are walking in with him. He has quit smoking and I am sure is getting well already physically. We pray together that he will acquire this new strength that will keep him strong and able to walk thru this part of his life with grace and dignity. We pray that he realizes how much lighter he feels because he knows for sure all of us are praying for him starting now. I am Thankful to all of you this day to give yourself so freely to a higher cause as this. That’s one of the reasons I help support this ministry because it starting helping me in 98 when I needed so much help. I had the joy of meeting Chris back then before he started ministry. His prosperity coarse help me get a better job with only 2 weeks into it. Thank You -will send in update soon

Prayer Request: My son was cancer free for 8 years and we found out Friday that his cancer is back. He is getting ready to undergo a CT scan to see if the cancer has spread and tomorrow they will do surgery to remove his other testicle. I know you are a God of miracles. I know you can do the impossible. I ask for prayers that there is NO cancer and if there is, that it is contained.

Prayer Request: I need some powerful healing right now for my partner. Positive thoughts, prayers, and intentions are needed. My partner of the last seven years who was diagnosed with bipolar a decade ago has been in a psychotic mania for the last few months. After several police calls, trips to the hospitals, burning property, and him even attacking my father physically, he is finally in a mental health facility for treatment.

Currently, I have an order of protection, due to his recent toxic behavior, which states he cannot return to the home and he cannot contact me unless it is regarding his medical care. In the state of IL, a patient is able to leave a mental health facility against dr’s wishes and five days (they started the count on Monday) and he is planning on leaving on Friday although his dr told me in his medical opinion he needs to be hospitalized and medicated for at least another week before he will stable enough to leave. I have agreed that I will consider letting him return to the home if he is stable. However, in his current state, he is choosing homelessness rather than staying in the facility until the dr says he is clear to leave. He needs to accept that the treatment is best for him.

He is reluctant to admit that there is a problem with his behavior at all. In fact, he believes he is fine and that his doctors think he is fine. However, I know that is untrue as I spoke with his psychiatrist and social worker at the mental facility as well as his nurse at delnor and all agree that he is in a psychotic maniac as part of bipolar 1. The psychiatrist recommended medication which he was reluctant to take at first. He has been there since Friday evening but finally took his first dose today. However, he is still insisting on leaving early against medical advice. Please hold space that he will realize that he needs treatment and agree to stay in the program as long as the dr recommends and will recognize the hurt that he has caused.

Thank you all!
