“O give thanks to the Lord, for God is good.” Psalms 106:1

You will have a spiritual advantage in life when you realize and become aware of the power of the words that you speak. You can change the circumstances of your world through your spoken words of thankful faith. When you consider the power contained in the words of thankfulness, appreciation and gratitude, you will decide to quickly adopt this vocabulary in both your spoken and unspoken words.

You will have a verbal spiritual advantage when you hold sincere words of thankfulness. They will stir up feelings of warmth and love within you. As you express thankfulness to God; your whole world seems brighter and filled with more good. You become more and more aware of the many things for which to be thankful. As you express thankfulness to the people around you, you will have an advantage of new relationships based on feelings of warmth and love that are stirred up within them. Both the giver and the receiver are blessed by words of appreciation.

The power of your words of thankfulness is mighty indeed. As you express words of gratitude and thankfulness, your heart is filled with love and appreciation, and this love spills over from your mind to bless every cell in your physical body. Then it spills over to bless everyone in your world with your new appreciation for life and living.

Alan writes (name changed), “When I got the Positive Gratitude System from you last December, I honestly thought it was too simplistic to have any value. Nothing in my life was working and I had become quite negative, and I guess this was reflected in my words. In January as you said to, I started the practice, but I must admit I was quite cynical. By mid-January I started to see real changes. People were commenting on the changes they saw and felt in me. So many were commenting on the drastic changes for the better, that I was reflecting in my speech, that I must admit I was a bit embarrassed by how low I had become. I am just thankful that this year would be different. People say that they’re glad to be around me again, and that makes me happy.”

Just as God’s Spirit in Jesus inspired, guided, and instructed Him, and clarified His way, you can know that God is leading you and clearly showing you the way. When you know that you have God’s constant help, you are filled with appreciation and thankfulness. You do not block God’s help and God’s good by being critical or cynical.

You have a verbal spiritual advantage in life because you realize that no matter what answers you are seeking, or what problems you have to solve, you trust God to bless you and show you the way, and YOU ARE THANKFUL.

Every word you speak adds life to your life, and those around you.

POSITIVE DAILY PRAYER:

Dear God, I pray that I turn around the tendency of my human mind to be judging, critical, condemning or cynical.
I pray that I have a transfusion of positive thankful thought today.
Dear God, I ask that you empower me with the ability to be thankful every moment of my life.
I begin, right now, by praising everyone and everything – including myself.
I pray that every thought that I hold in my human mind is a positive thought of thankfulness and gratitude.
I pray that my human eyes see and behold only the good.
I pray that by seeing the good, I can give thanks for it constantly.
I pray that this day is a day of constant prayer of Thanksgiving.
In this way, I form the verbal spiritual advantage that leads to the kingdom of heaven within me, and projects forth from me in every word I speak.

What an opportunity we have. We have the opportunity to enter the silence of prayer and partake in the presence of God. And we do so.

The Lord can clear the darkest skies
Can give us day for night.
Make drops of sacred sorrow rise
To rivers of delight.
(Isaac Watts)

We enter the silence of prayer and we discover a great willing and loving power, the power of God. We know that as we enter this exalted place of the Most High, that it is not I, but the Christ within who does the work. “Christ in you, the hope of Glory.” [Colossians 1:27]

As you enter into the silence of prayer, listen to these words of author
Frank B. Whitney:

“I am that with you that lives;
I am that with you that moves;
I am that with you that shines:
I am the Christ.

“I am that with you that’s lovely;
I am that with you that’s unafraid;
I am that that’s enduring:
I am the Christ.

“I am that with you that’s Divine;
I am that with you that’s Holy;
I am that with you that’s God:
I am the Christ.”

In Isaiah 60:1 the Bible says, “Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.”

In John 8:12 we read: “I am the light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

Enter into the silence of prayer and feel its power …

(Silence)

The light of God, quickening the understanding, sets us free from all mortal sense and the boundaries placed by intellect. In the light of understanding we behold God’s presence, and God’s kingdom, and God’s children, and we see all these as one, and each in right relation to the others. The faculty of discrimination enables us to know if we have really awakened and developed the capacity for righteous judgment and harmonious expression and Christ like attitude along all lines.

YOUR THOUGHTS, WORDS, AND ACTIONS ARE GUIDED BY THE ILLUMINING POWER OF GOD WITH YOU THIS MOMENT.

Hold this empowering prayer in the silence:

And it is so. Your thoughts and the words coming out of your mouth and your actions during the next forty day period are going to be guided by an illumining power of God that is with you. You allow God to come forth in every thought, every word, and every action.

In Matthew 6:33 (AV) it says, “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”

Jesus said, “Seek ye first His kingdom, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” This means that we are to find the wealth of capabilities and spiritual resources within us, accessible through spiritual prayer so we can bring them into expression. When we develop the power to accomplish things and the qualities that we need in order to accomplish them, our success is assured.

Rest for a moment in the silence of prayer and prepare yourself for an awareness of God’s accessible abundance. .

“Whither shall I go from Thy Spirit? Or whither shall I flee from Thy presence?” Psalms 139:7

Wherever you are today, whatever tasks are before you, whomever you meet, you remember that God is your constant companion.

You are never alone.

If you are traveling, or sitting in your living room – you know that you are surrounded by the loving presence of God. Wherever your destination, be it to work, to school, to the store, to the doctor’s office, to go to a meeting, or to go on vacation – you rest assured that God goes before you and establishes your way in Divine order and harmony.

In all your interactions with others, whether face-to-face, or by phone, or through the written word, you rejoice that every word in action is guided by Divine wisdom, love, and perfect patience.

With a sense of security in purpose, and undergirded in the knowledge that God is your constant companion you are able to confidently go forward in your life.

Wherever you are, wherever you go, God is with you. You cannot be where God is not. What a wonderful feeling you have as you remember this truth. God is always with you to protect and support you.

In Proverbs 29:25 our Bible states, “The person who trusts in the Lord is safe.”

God is your constant companion. You are Divinely protected, for you know that God’s loving presence enfolds and supports you in safety. You also realize all your loved ones, near and far, are with God, and supported, and sustained by God. You can be certain that God is with them, even as God is with you. If you are separated from a loved one know that he or she is Divinely protected, in folded and supported in safety at all times and under all circumstances.

What a blessing it is to realize the truth of God’s loving, protecting presence, for your faith in God prompts a positive, courageous approach to life. You are fearless and free in all your comings and goings, and you know that God is protecting your friends and loved ones.

We are each enfolded in safety because God is our constant companion.

POSITIVE DAILY PRAYER:

Dear God, remind me at all times of Your loving presence.
When I feel alone nudge me spiritually so I can recall our companionship.
Surround me at all times and make me feel safe.
Thank You God.

A psychiatrist to patient: “You have nothing to worry about – anyone who can pay my bills is certainly not a failure.”

My family and I were eating in an expensive restaurant, when I overheard the gentleman at the next table askthe waitress to pack the leftovers for their dog. It was then that his young son exclaimed loudly, “Yeah! We’re going to get a dog.”

“Inflation is creeping up, a young man said to his friend. Yesterday I ordered a $25 steak in a restaurant and told them to put it on my American Express card – and it fit.”

My 60-year kindergarten reunion is coming up soon and I’m worried about the 150 lbs. I’ve gained.

The speed in which a woman says “nothing” when asked “What’s wrong?” is inversely proportional to the severity of the storm that’s coming.

The pharmacist asked me my birthday again today … . Pretty sure she’s going to get me something.

On his way out of church after the service, Frank stopped at the door to speak to the minister. “Would it be right,” he asked, “for a person to profit from the mistakes of others?” … .

“Absolutely not!” replied the pastor, disappointed that Frank would even ask such a question.

“In that case,” said Frank, “I wonder if you’d consider returning the two hundred and fifty dollars I paid you to marry my wife and me last July.”

A man dies and goes to heaven. Of course, Peter meets him at the pearly gates.

Peter says, “Here’s how it works. You need 100 points to make it into heaven. You tell me all the good things you’ve done, and I give you a certain number of points for each item, depending on how good it was. When you reach 100 points, you get in.”

“Okay,” the man says, “I was married to the same woman for 50 years and never cheated on her, even in my heart.”

“That’s wonderful,” says Peter, “that’s worth three points!”

“Three points?” he says. “Well, I attended church all my life and supported its ministry with my tithe and service.”

“Terrific!” says Peter, “that’s certainly worth a point.”

“One point? Golly. How about this: I started a soup kitchen in my city and worked in a shelter for homeless veterans.”

“Fantastic, that’s good for two more points,” he says.

“TWO POINTS!!” the man cries, “At this rate the only way I get into heaven is by the grace of God!”

“Come on in!”

One day Jesus decided to come down and play a little golf. He brought Moses to caddie for him. He teed off. The ball went high, fell into the top of a tree, bounced off the branches on the way down, hit the ground, rolled down the hill and went into the cup.

Moses said, “Nice shot, Lord”

Jesus looked up and said, “Thanks, DAD.”

At the 2nd tee, the ball went way off to the left, bounced off a rock, ricocheted off a stump and went into the cup. Moses said, “Nice shot, Lord.”

Jesus looked up and said, “Thanks, DAD.”

The third tee shot went straight into the lake. Jesus walked out on the water to see if he could find it.

About that time, two old men drove up in a golf cart and seen Him walking around on the lake.

One of them said to Moses “Who does he think HE is? Jesus Christ?”

Moses replied, “He IS Jesus Christ, but He THINKS he’s Tiger Woods.”

POSITIVE DAILY PRAYER:

One of my favorite things to do on Sunday night is to watch “60 Minutes.” A favorite part of every show for many past years was the wit and wisdom of the late Andy Rooney. I miss him.

Enjoy his words again on this Saturday:

I’ve learned … That the best classroom in the world is at the feet of an elderly person.

I’ve learned … That when you’re in love, it shows.

I’ve learned … That just one person saying to me, ‘You’ve made my day!’ makes my day.

I’ve learned … That having a child fall asleep in your arms is one of the most peaceful feelings in the world.

I’ve learned … That being kind is more important than being right.

I’ve learned … That you should never say no to a gift from a child.

I’ve learned … That I can always pray for someone when I don’t have the strength to help him in some other way.

POSITIVE DAILY PRAYER:

Dear God, You are my help in every need.

You are here. I know, from the core of my being, that You are with me now. Through You, and only through You, I can overcome any obstacle to peace of mind. I can overcome any limitation.

I can live in freedom and self-mastery.

Through Your activity, God, I feel a comfort and a tranquility that passes human understanding.

Jesus promised, “You will know the Truth, and the Truth will make you free.”

Now it is time for me to let go of my lists of human weaknesses and limitations.

You free me now, God, to live a fuller, happier, more useful and more satisfying life.

Now it is time for me to let go of my human sense of trouble and difficulties. I let go of everything not to the level of Christ consciousness and center my full attention, my whole being, on Your spiritual help with me and all around me.

Dear God, I give You my full attention in this moment, and I see the result. I get my personal self out of the way so that the Divine can emerge.

In my awareness, I feel a harmonizing calm, a complete confidence and the victorious blessedness that always emanates from Your close Presence and quiet, steady, purposeful activity.

Harmony and wholeness, vitality, power and plenty, You becomes that to me AND MORE. God, You are with me, right now. I give You my full human attention. I go to You every day, abide in You every moment, and consciously let You perform Your work. I consciously let You live in me and through me and all around me, and I am aided, strengthened, and guided in ways that I have not yet dreamed of in human mind.

Happy moments, praise God.

Difficult moments, seek God.

Quiet moments, worship God.

Painful moments, trust God.

Every moment, thank God.”

Have you ever been just sitting there and all of a sudden you feel like doing something nice for someone you care for … THAT’S GOD …

God talks to you through the still small voice.

Have you ever been down and out and nobody seems to be around for you to talk to … THAT’S GOD …

God wants you to talk to, and trust in God.

Have you ever been thinking about somebody that you haven’t seen in a long time and then, next thing you know, you see them or receive a phone call from them … THAT’S GOD … there is no such thing as “coincidence.”

Have you ever received something wonderful that you didn’t even ask for, like money in the mail or a debt that had mysteriously been cleared … THAT’S GOD … God knows the desires of your heart …

Have you ever been in a situation, and you had no clue how it was going to get better, but now, you look back on it and it got better.. THAT’S GOD …

God passes you through tribulation to see a brighter day.

“In all your ways acknowledge God, and God will make straight your paths.”

Rather than exhaust all human effort before turning to God, you have turned to God in the beginning. You invite God’s loving, all-powerful Spirit into your life to show you what to do and how to do it. You trust God’s Spirit to guide you, to protect you, to heal you, to prosper you, and to bless your life. You trust God to help you meet every challenge as it arises, OR BEFORE THE NEED ARISES.

God will show you how to do everything in love and wisdom.

You honor God by showing your trust in God. You place your faith in God’s miracle-working power. God honors your faith by caring for you, by giving you God’s life, love, substance, and peace.

At the beginning of each day, at the close of each day, and all hours in between, you acknowledge God as the enduring reality of your life. You acknowledge God as your instant and constant help in every need. You acknowledge God as your unfailing wellspring of joy in every experience.

In any need, IN EVERY NEED, you turn to God. God directs you in ways of joyous and victorious living.

You place God foremost in your home.

You place God foremost in your work. You look upon your work as an opportunity to serve God and humans. Right where you are, your abilities and talents are needed. If you have been using the God-given gifts and talents that are entrusted to you with less than a sense of privileged opportunity, you right now reorder your thinking. If you have felt a lack of appreciation for your contribution, you now place God foremost in your thinking. You give thanks for your God-given capabilities and for ways to express them, productively and constructively.

You remember to go to God in prayer before doing any human activity or work. You praise God for God’s Spirit working within you that enables you to do the things which need to be done by you. You have your own special gift of service to give. What you have to give is needed and can only be given by you. As you place God first in your remembrance, you will discover your God-given abilities increasing. If you have felt inharmonious in your working environment, you can overcome disharmony by knowing that you are working for God.

Today, you find joy by dedicating yourself and your talents to God at the beginning of every activity, large or small.

POSITIVE DAILY PRAYER:

“The heavens are telling the glory of God; and the firmament proclaims God’s handiwork.” Psalms 19:1

Our world is filled with blessings. Our world, truly, is a constantly renewing panorama of God’s ever unfolding good. The world in which we live and move is constantly changing.

The Earth changes according to its seasons, and each season brings its own kind of beauty and importance.

There are also seasons of our lives, and each season can bring blessings and growth. Accepting these blessings as our own may cause us to stretch ourselves past what we think we can do; however, as we do stretch, we will find that there is more good within our grasp than we had realized.

With a grateful heart, we accept the blessings of God this day. Our lives are filled with blessings to be claimed and treasured.

Today, in prayer and meditation, you become still. As you sort through your thoughts about goals, activities, and relationships, you let go of the old, outgrown, and unwanted, just as leaves fall to the ground. You give thanks to God and the ever evolving and renewing cycle of your own life.

You are thankful for everything that is happening, and you look forward to new experiences. You may drive to work in new way, contact a new friend, or reach out and call on a new neighbor. You might play a neglected musical instrument or sing and hum as you move through your day.

“Sing to God a new song.” Psalms 33:3

You show your thankfulness, moment to moment, as you move through your moments with God.

Your life is a prayer, so you smile, even when you are alone, for it uplifts your spirits.

Singing or humming a joyful song to ourselves in times of a challenge produces a remarkable effect: gloomy moods are dispelled and our hearts are lightened. Reminding ourselves, in song, that we are heirs to a magnificent kingdom of good uplifts and encourages us.

We remember to be grateful.

Joy is one of the great things to be grateful for. Joy as a gift from God that springs from the midst of an unquenchable fountain within us. Joy is the result of our close communion with God, the Source of all joy and all blessings.

Jesus said, in John 15:11, “These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full.”

Singing songs of joy, engaging in positive activities, and taking time to feed our souls with positiveness helps us to remember that God blesses us, constantly, with good.

This day, we take time to express our gratitude by the actions of our own joyful nature. We give ourselves opportunities to be joyful. We allow God to bless us and nurture us. We give thanks in express joy for our inheritance of good!

The joy of God fills and thrills us with thankfullness.

Come into my soul, Lord,
as the dawn breaks into the sky;
let God rise in my heart
at the coming of the day.

“God leads me besides still waters; God restores my soul.” Psalms 23:2,3

In olden times, to find still waters was very important to the sheepherders, for the sheep would not drink or cross moving water. For us today, this passage means deeper relaxation and it gives a promise of a restoration of our soul.

Your schedule of activities and responsibilities may leave you feeling tired. As you approach this day, you may be very fatigued by all the demands placed upon you this week.

It is time for you to have stillness and a restoration of soul.

You turn to God, right now, in prayer. In prayer, you find the peace and the strength that restore your soul. Prayer renews you and you find that you are ready to begin again with full power.

You begin the activities of this day with prayer; you receive a fresh infilling of wisdom, energy, and enthusiasm – all that you need to use your time, wisely and constructively. You accomplish whatever there is before you to do with full, clear-thinking, dynamic energy.

At the end of the day, you pray. You give thanks and you release any concerns to God. As you release your concerns, you find that you rest deeply and soundly. In prayer, you bless all the activity that this day will bring. This evening, prayer time leaves you peaceful and ready for a good night’s rest.

Your times of sharing with God are precious to you. You look forward to the renewal you know you will find in prayer.

It is important to maintain balance and harmony in your life. Prayer is the great harmonizer, bringing Divine order to every aspect of mind, body, and soul, as well as outer activities. Daily, as you align yourself with God, you become more aware of the presence, and also become more conscious of its equalizing power – power that enables you to demonstrate harmony and peace in your life.

You have probably felt a longing of the soul at one time or another. Perhaps you tried to gratify this longing with some activity or goal, with overdoing or overindulging. All is to no avail, for you found that the longing is still there. When you are not in balance, spiritually, you continue to feel that something important is missing in your life. You tend to get more and more tired.

Psalms 145:16 states, “Thou satisfiest the desire of every living thing.”

I sometimes make this statement during my sermons: “We are the only species of life that retire – we retire because we’re tired.

Usually, it is not hard work that makes us tired, but rather years of living out of balance without TRUE rest and renewal.”

All the searching in the world does not bring the desired results, for what we seem to be missing – God’s presence – is with us all the while. God waits for us to commune in prayer.

Communion means, common union.

Let us realize that we can become clearer channels of God’s direct rest and renewal. Let us realize that God is the source of true contentment and fulfillment.

We say, “Fill me with Your presence, God, so that I may experience Your TRUE rest and renewal.”

POSITIVE DAILY PRAYER:

Lord,
You said so gently,
So persistently,
“Give me your weariness,
And I’ll give You My rest.”
I did – finally,
You did – immediately.
Then, Lord, I marveled,
That I had waited so long.

“Let us come into God’s presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to God with songs of praise!” Psalms 95:2

In this beautiful place of peace, God is here. We pray today, blending our prayers with those that could not be here today with us, realizing that it is not I, but the Christ within who does the work.

There’s a garden of prayer … this is the beautiful garden of prayer.

Entering into this very special time of prayer is like entering a garden where we sow seeds of God’s Truth and reap bountiful harvests of peace, wisdom, health, joy, and prosperity.

As we quiet our thoughts and prepare the fertile soil of our minds, let us realize this Truth of God.

Say aloud:

GOD IS LIGHT, LIFE, AND LOVE IN MY LIFE NOW.

Rest in the silence of prayer …

We relax in this beautiful garden of prayer and allow this vision of God’s light, life, and love to fill the depths of our innermost selves. In the quiet gardens of our hearts and minds, we turn to God and feel the inflow and outflow of God’s peace. Say aloud:

Calm fills us and stills any intrusive or negative thought.

This wonderful peace radiates from within us to touch every aspect of our lives and to bless all those lives that touch ours. Divine peace emanates from us and extends to others everywhere around the globe.

Say aloud:

THE PEACE OF GOD FLOWS WITHIN MY HEART. I AM SERENE.

Rest in the silence of prayer … .

Now, gently, we turn our attention to the light of God. Just as flowers and plants turn to the light and welcome its nourishing rays, we turn to God’s light for the wisdom and inspiration that make our paths clear.

The light of God is our perfect guide in all that we think and do. As we calm our thoughts and allow the light of God to illumine our minds, we receive new insights and perspectives that help us act wisely. We let the light of God lead us to healthy, happy living.

This is our prayer for ourselves and for others. Say aloud:

GOD’S GUIDING LIGHT OPENS MY MIND. I KNOW WHAT TO DO AND I DO IT.

Take a moment in the silence of prayer and allow this Truth of God to unfold in your mind and heart …

Turning our attention to healing helps us to remember that God is our source of unfailing life, everywhere present, within all people and in every living thing. Just as the rain freshens and cleanses the earth, the nourishing, revitalizing life of God quickens and renews every cell of the body temple. By holding to this truth, our receptivity to health and wholeness grows.

When we are concerned about the healing of another, we look with spiritual eyes to this energizing force of God’s health, knowing that healing is taking place; we affirm wholeness as we look to God. Say aloud:

GOD’S HEALING LIFE CIRCULATES THROUGHOUT MY BODY. GOD’S PERFECT HEALTH IS MINE.

Now envision wholeness during this special moment of silence in prayer …

Every evidence of good comes from God’s limitless reservoir of abundance. During this time in our wonderful garden of prayer, we focus on the abundance that is ours through God. Quietly centering our faith in God increases our receptivity to the good that we seek.

By prayerfully cultivating our seeds of faith in the prospering love of God, we reap bountiful good. In God’s perfect timing, we look forward to the blossoming of abundance that fills our every need.

Say aloud:

GOD’S PROSPERING LOVE IS MY SOURCE OF ABUNDANCE. MY GOOD COMES TO ME NOW.

With receptive hearts, we look to God in the silence of prayer for creative ideas that lead to abundant living.

Tenderly nourishing our prayer thoughts with positive attitudes and actions helps us lift our eyes and “see how the fields are already white for harvest.” We know that the fulfillment of every need is at hand.

Quiet communion with God opens us to all that we need for healthier, happier, more satisfying lives. These precious moments with God help us realize just how bountifully and perfectly we have been supplied. Feelings of gratitude fill our hearts as we go forth in a spirit of expectancy and thanksgiving.

Positive Daily Inspiration - April 18, 2022 - Restoration

“Then He said to the man, ‘Stretch out your hand,’ He stretched it out, and it was restored, as sound as the other.” Matthew 12:13

Restoration is one of my favorite topics in the Bible, the Christian promise that all can be restored to you.

What is your need of restoration? God can meet the need!

In Matthew, Jesus taught the sacredness of what God had created in the story of the man whose withered hand was completely restored.

If you are seeking healing in the body, or healing of finances, or of career, or relationships, God can meet the need!

If you are seeking healing or praying for another, you, too, understand that God is the source of all restoration, and that help from the power of God is not reserved for a selected few or a special time.

Healing in the body is Divine in nature no matter who assists the healing process. And although the slightest improvement is a blessing, you do not limit your healing to what you, or anyone else, thinks is possible. You open yourself to fully embrace total restoration.

You open yourself to fully embrace total restoration in all other areas of your life too.

Nothing is impossible with God. You are a sacred being of God’s creation.

I remember one time when I was down, and someone said to me “Well, there is time still on the clock!”

I admit that it took me years to fully understand that. Sometimes you can only fully understand something when looking back. This wise person was telling me that nothing is over, until it’s over and tomorrow is a new day. They were so right – restoration and more came.

The most important thing we have to do is cooperate with God by not just sitting down and throwing up our hands and saying, “Oh well, it’s all over now.”

The first step is to believe that with God restoration is possible.

The second step is to follow as God leads.

The third step is not to get too impatient in human mind.

The fourth step is trust in the magnetic power of God to bring your good to you restoring you fully in new and wondrous unexpected ways.

The fifth step is to accept your good.

God answers all who reach out to God. When you are feeling discouraged, worried, lonely, or afraid, you can call on heavenly help in prayer, and God will respond to your every need and concern.

Sometimes God responds by filling our spirits with a sense of peace and a calm that only God can provide. There is a knowing in you that restoration has come. Sometimes God uses our friends and family members to help in the restoration. Sometimes God performs miracles in our lives, transforming the defeats into victories and our failures in triumphs.

God’s response to our needs is immediate but varied. Never doubt that God will respond in the way that God knows is best. When you reach out to God, God reaches back. When you ask, God answers. God knows your needs, and God knows how best to provide for you. You only need to ask, trust, and except God’s love and restoration.

POSITIVE DAILY PRAYER:

Dear God, I pray for a miracle of total restoration.

Thank You God.
